What is DFH PaleoFiber? PaleoFiber by Designs for Health is ideal for adding to foods with the desire of increasing the overall daily fiber intake. Try adding one or more tablespoons of plain PaleoFiber to your soups, yogurt, applesauce, oatmeal, and your blended shakes. It is superb tasting and enhances the flavor of what you choose to mix it in with, and mixes very easily unlike most icky tasting, thickening fiber mixes you often experience!
PaleoFiber Suppplement Facts : Calories 42; Total Carbohydrates 10.5 g; Total Dietary Fiber 8.4 g; Insoluble Fiber 3.4 g; Soluble Fiber 5 g. Active Ingredients: Fibregum™ tan acacia gum, CreaFibe Cellulose, guar gum, cranberry seed extract, carrot fiber, inulin, citrus fiber, apple pectin, glucomannan, psyllium husk, flax, prune, lactobacillus acidophilus La-14 (7.5 billion CFU/serving)† and bifidobacteria longum BB536 (500 million CFU/serving). Other Ingredients: Natural berry flavor, stevia, and talin.
HOW DO I USE PALEOMEAL FIBER: Serving Size: 10.6 grams (approx. 1 ˝ tablespoon). Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one (10.6 grams) or more tablespoons as needed per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Increase dose gradually to develop a tolerance to high fiber intake. Consume extra water when taking PaleoFiber.
