AQX Water Running Shoes - A rationale for deep-water running (DWR) is that it allows the runner to train using a similar movement pattern to that found on land without incurring the impact forces, and thus greatly reducing the repetitive loading of the musculoskeletal system. Ideal for training instability muscles without risk of injury!

A DARD ensures against injury while it isolates the tibialis anterior muscles at the front of the lower legs, and prevents or helps re-habilitate painful shin splints. Ideal for calf muscle development.

Woody resistance Exercise Bands offer you the advantages of using weights, but without the downside. With bands, there are no weights to store or weight-related accidents.

Ez Grips by Ivanko widens grips on barbells and dumbbells which leverages strength to targeted muscles by 30%.

The T. K. Knee Bands are specially developed knee bands which are not your typical knee sleeves, knee supporters or knee braces.

A Mantaray removes the complaint of pain or pinching from the weight of the bar while keeping it securely in place, allowing for full range of motion to properly perform heavier back leg squats

Powerhooks fit on to any barbell or dumbbells, and puts you in proper lifting position without having to lift the dumbbell from the floor as well as eliminates undue stress on joints.

The Power Push Up 2 exercise cables adds resistance to classic bodyweight exercises like push-ups, dips and lunges to increase your strength, power and size

A Stingray helps to securely hold the bar when performing front leg squats for greater stabililty and full benefit of the leg exercise.

QUEST FOR ADVANCED CONDITION

Plate mates magnetic weight plates for dumbbells

PlateMates with its 1.25 lbs Microloads allows you to enjoy a safer, more productive weightlifting experience." Ken Benoit founder of PlateMate.

What You Need To Know About PlateMates!

Q: What if the 30 lb weight is too light, but the 35 lb provides too much resistance?

A: Use a pair of 1.25 lb PlateMates to increase your weight load more gradually. It's much safer too because you will reduce your chance of injury.

Q: How are PlateMates attached?

A: PlateMates are not bolted onto weights like standard plates. They fit securely onto the end of a weight thanks to a carefully designed configuration of super strong magnets. PLEASE NOTE - Do not bang weights. Although the magnetic attraction is very powerful, improper use such as banging weights together or throwing weights on the floor can dislodge PlateMates from the end of the weight.

Q: How many pairs of PlateMates do I need?

A: You will need one pair per dumbbell in use. For example, you will need two pairs when doing flies or lateral raises.

Q: What size of platemates do I need?

A: For a 1.25 microload, you will need a pair of 5/8 lb PlateMates. For a 2.50 lb microload, you will need a pair of 1/25 PlateMates. A pair of 1 7/8 lb PlateMates makes a 3 3/4 lb increase. For a 5 lb microload, use a pair of 2.5 lb PlateMates.

Q: Do the magnets lose their strength over time?

A: No. PlateMates use permanent magnets that never lose their strength. In fact, PlateMates are guaranteed for the life of the product. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return them and Benoit Built (the manufacturer) will repair or replace them free of charge at their discretion.

Q: Do PlateMates work with plastic or rubber coated dumbbells?

A: No. It is important that the magnets come in direct contact with the metal for an ultimate hold.

Q: Can you stack PlateMates?

A: No. The PlateMates are coated with a protective coating, so that you cannot use more than one at each end of a weight. For a bigger microload, use the next available size of Platemate.

Q: How do you use PlateMates with an Olympic bar?

A: You can use either Hex or Donut style PlateMates with an Olympic bar. To use the Donut, Olympic plates should be loaded onto the bvar with the flat sides out. Then one Donut Platemate should be located anywhere on the flat side of the plate. The Hex Platemate attaches directly on the end.
