What is a Manta ray? A Manta ray is a device for back squat
exercises which are performed correctly by using a medium to narrow
stance and placing the bar high on your trapezius muscles. Manta
ray - to increase flexibility and balance, elevate your
heels on a one-inch board, plate or mat. Proper back squats are
performed by lowering your body slowly, keeping your torso erect
by using your lower back, (avoid leaning forward) and then push
