Chad Waterbury

Chad Waterbury has worked with professional and non-professional trainees on every imaginable level. He has a M.S. in Physiology from the University of Arizona, along with a B.S. in both Human Biology and Physical Science. Currently, he trains, consults and lectures around the country. Chad also contributes to numerous publications such as Men's Fitness, T-Nation, Dragon Door. His experience and novel techniques have effectively helped trainees break through their plateaus. Chad has also been listed as one of the celebrities favorite trainers!

Chad Waterbury has recently authored the new Men's Health - Huge in A Hurry as well as Muscle Revolution. Chad and Debbie Siebers, a worldwide fitness expert who’s been featured on The Swan and the creator of the immensely successful Slim in 6 have also developed the Total Body Solution program. Chad has been training celebrity Heidi Montag Pratt for her Playboy photo shoot and is also working on his new program "The Heidi Montag Workout".
